Joanne

Joanne joined the team in 2025 as a Client Service Representative at Howard County Animal Hospital, where she enjoys being one of the friendly faces welcoming clients and their pets to the hospital. She loves getting to know the families in the community and helping make each visit as comfortable and positive as possible.

Joanne has lived in Ellicott City for 26 years and has a deep appreciation for the community she calls home. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time outdoors with her pup, especially hiking the trails of Patapsco Valley State Park.

At home, Joanne shares her life with her pup and one very lazy cat. She is also the proud mom of two adult boys. She loves spending time with her family, enjoying the outdoors, and, of course, all things dogs and cats.
